I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, where my passion for homes started at an early age. Growing up, I spent countless days alongside my granddad A.G Callins, riding around town and learning the ins and outs of home inspections firsthand. Those early experiences didn’t just teach me how houses are built — they taught me the importance of honesty, attention to detail, and taking pride in your work.
Over the years, that foundation grew into a genuine passion for helping people understand the homes they’re buying. Birmingham is home to a wide range of houses, each with its own character and history, and I take pride in inspecting every home with the same care and thoroughness I learned from my granddad.
